The Salt Lake City Church of Christ began in September 2019. Jason Hamilton and Tim McPherson saw the great need for sound New Testament teaching in Utah. After many months of prayer, collaboration and discussion, they decided to start a new congregation in Salt Lake City. They began by meeting in various downtown Hotels and after three years with this arrangement, they settled into their present location at 747 E. South Temple, Suite 110.

The Salt Lake City Church of Christ is simply a New Testament church who believes in the Bible as the only inspired word of God (2 Tim. 3:16-17). We study the Bible and pattern our lives after it (2 Tim. 2:15). We welcome everyone who desires to be guided by God’s Word.
